Systematic monitoring of company’s equipment, employees, wages, work centres in real time increases value of the company. Monitoring allows planning production activity or equipment maintenance more accurately. Regarding the state of equipment and occupation of the employees in real time, it is possible to adjust production activity or equipment maintenance works more accurately. The available data helps in real time to mark the necessary information about the employee, or spoilage done by him. It helps to accurately calculate wage.

Monitoring functionality

• Equipment monitoring. In the system, situation of equipment work changes automatically, the operator is visible, who monitors the equipment work, as well as the reason for monitoring and the owner of the problem.

• Employee monitoring. In the system, working hours of employees and the spoilage made is traced.

• Calculating actual wage. A possibility to mark a fine for the employee, which will be automatically included in wage calculation.

• Employee statistics. Tracing working hours, automatic employee effectiveness calculation.

• Work centres - equipment monitoring. Tracing working hours, and downtimes in accordance with reasons.

• Craftsmen statistics. Statistics of a number of call-outs, time of arrival and duration of solving the problem is entered in the system.

• All data is saved in the system.
