Operations of computerized maintenance management system

Planned task scheme of the equipment maintenance could be as follows:

• The planned task is created – a device is chosen, a date set, a responsible person assigned, a mode set.

• Spare parts are ordered, if there is a lack of it in the storage.

• The operator stops the production operation by choosing a certain reason on the tablet PC (“preventive equipment check-up”).

• The system automatically sends the message about the reason for stopping the device by e-mail or SMS.

• A craftsman is called out directly from the work place – the time of his arrival is traced.

• The preventive equipment check-up is performed – the craftsman’s working hours and the equipment’s downtime is traced automatically.

• It is checked on the tablet PC (at the work place) that the preventive equipment check-up is being finished.

• The operator records that the problem is solved. The work can be continued.

Unplanned task scheme of the equipment maintenance could be as follows:

• The operator notifies on the tablet PC (at the work place) that he begins the work – working hours begin to be counted.

• Equipment faults – the operator records the reason of the equipment downtime on the tablet PC and calls the responsible person out.

• The system automatically sends a message about the equipment fault to the responsible persons by e-mail or SMS.

• The system automatically records the time of arrival of the attendant, and the duration of eliminating the equipment fault.

• Once the results of the equipment downtime are eliminated, the operator notifies that the problem was solved and the work can be continued.
